The only good thing about Harbor Country Estates is the location and thats it. These apartments are so old, moldy and run down (you should see the siding it looks all wavy) the buldings seem like they are going to colapse!! We have rented many apartments before this one and we have never, ever had problems except here. We have to call maintenance it seems like every other day because of another problem. It's either the old washer leaking, old piping leaking, toilet problems, mold, etc. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything!! When we first moved in, there was a bandaid and q-tip laying on the carpet, nobody vaccumed before we moved in. At least show a little pride!!! AND they havent replaced this carpet in years it is so discusting, and coming out of the ground. I have no idea where all of our rent money is going (not to mention they charge WAY to much for this dump) but it's not going towards this property by any means. AND they wouldnt let us do a six month lease, don't move here.

It must be your particular unit! My carpet is light colored and newer, in great shape. No mold and well maintained. It IS an older apartment building, but I've not had any problems at all. I've talked with my neighbor above, and he has never heard my TV or music, and I don't hear his. I knew it was NOT NEW when I rented. It's all good for me.

Amazing how quickly you read my post and responded. If you are happy with your where-about, as you claim to be, you wouldn't be searching apartment ratings in your spare time. Sounds like an assistant manager trying to stick up for this run down tax write off! LOL!!
