They seem to be changing managers a lot...the one with the "power trip" was replaced, then a new manager who was friendly, profesional and fair is no longer there. What a shame. This property offers no real ammenities, poor insulation and their so called tennis and basketball court have been way out of order for a long time, yet it's still advertised. Most of the tenants that live there are not happy at all. The rent is fairly cheap but for a reason. I suggest you find somewhere else!
