Having been the manager here since July of 2001, I am pleased to say that in the past year and a half that I have been blessed (mostly) with some of the best residents there could be. Most of my residents are polite and friendly to their neighbors, and I have seen people helping out new residents when they are moving in, introducing themselves to each other, and making friends.

The grounds are staying cleaner, there is less noise, and fewer problems for me to deal with in the middle of the night than when I first got here. Thanks to all for making my job a little easier by being good people. And thanks to those long-term residents that stuck with me through the transition from a dirty, noisy, horrible place to live to what we are now.

Seriously, it is the residents that make a difference. I am proud to make this my home and career.

We are still in transition, and there are still projects to be done, improvements to be made. I have appreciated the cooperation of my residents with the minor inconveniences that these projects have caused, and their understanding that some things just have to be done. (like the new roof -- yes, it is noisy, but we won?t have the rain dripping on our heads...)
