We spent a great deal of time looking at the available apartments in both Gig Harbor and nearby Port Orchard and University Park, for our son's first apartment, while he is in college. We were (and are) a bit nervous about this. The campus does not offer dorms or frat houses, so we needed a place that was relatively inexpensive, yet one that was safe, near his college, and his work. Many of the apartments we explored had wonderful things to offer - pools, tennis courts, workout rooms - but none of them made us feel as comfortable about our son's safety and comfort as did the Stinson Park Apartments in Gig Harbor. Yet, this complex has none of the amenities we originally thought were so important - no pool, no workout room, no tennis courts. What Stinson Park offers is a fair, well organized, caring manager, committed to excellence. Fancy amenities are great - they're called a gym. When you find an apartment complex with outstanding and understanding management - that's called a home. We wish our son happiness in his new home! Come visit anytime! Love, Lin & Dad
