The only good part is the price

The complex is old, and i'd consider it the ghetto of gig harbor. It's the cheapest apartment i coudl find in the area and now i know why. The only thing it had going for it was the location (walking distance to most shopping) and the price. OH and the worst part (besides the tuesday night parties) was the freeway noise all night.
