While parking is laughable (as in there is NO place to park) its overall pretty good. The manager went above and beyond to make us comfortable (new fridge, new closet carpet, new baseboards, painted kitchen cabinets w/ new handles) The deck has not been washed as promised, but we have only just moved in. The noise is minimal, but the "landscaping" needs work. I love my apartment though... all 750 sq feet. Overall I would recommend it.
