The place was full of mold. The power bill was outrageous. The kitchen cabinets were poorly painted and inadequate. I did not enjoy living there. The apartment was bedroom window was right out on the drive way and I was bothered that others could see in. I would not recommend this place. It was old and I went through 2 manangers in the year I lived there. I couldn't wait until my lease was up. I love Gig Harbor and felt I was living in the the cheapest place there.
