I can't really think of anything good to say about these apartments. The place really needs to be torn down and completely re-built. The windows are single pane and don't keep any heat in at all. Durning the winter months my power bill was between $70 and $80 a month. The walls are so paper thin I can hear EVERYTHING in the apartment next to and above me. When I close the front door (normally) all the windows rattle. There is aboslutely no parking, the layout is so horrible that if the parking lot is full there is no way to turn around and you have to drive through the lawn just to get out. There is no point to even using the dish washer since it barely works. I would never, ever live there again.
