I found the manager and staff to be friendly and pleasant. They accommodated my three small dogs. The cleaning staff asked for their names so when they entered, they could reassure the dogs in their kennels. The staff made the arrangements feel like home. I would highly recommend. Some of the nicer suites are themed. Mine had a native American theme.
