Living at Cliffside This complex is kept well, Some of the staff is helpful and friendly. Getting your deposit back can be a long wait they do not follow the RCW and return it in the 14 days. Parking is a challange at times.

1) This place is pretty quiet. Its surrounded by lots of trees and a walking trail. Not much traffic or noise, having an upstairs apartment, you probably wont hear your neighbors too much.

Really Quiet Place. It is really quiet here. Right down on the water there is only one bedroom apartments so not may kids, unless they are really small. You cannot beat the view. I have lived here for 6 months now and plan to stay. You can walk to downtown and everything.
