Like loud pot parties and living amongst the local "characters'" This is the place for you! Stay away if you like respectable living, though. Look past the polished veneer and you'll start seeing the mediocre upkeep at the core of the place. My two maintenance requests were extremely slow in coming and performed sloppily. The managers are pleasant enough as long as you stay out of their way. I-90's not far away distance-wise, but the backup on Front Street during rush hour is messy (and be careful leaving the apartment--folks constantly speed coming off Iss-Hobart). If you're still thinking about it, look carefully at the stairwells and consider if your furniture really will make it! I cancelled out soon after I realized what was under the quick spit-shine: poor maintenance, fire hazards, and obnoxious neighbors. There're cheaper party houses to be found if that's your thing, and much more respectable apartments in the area for just a little more rent.
