I recently turned in my keys to the apartment I lived in for a little over a year. I had encounters with both the old managers as well as the new ones, and found the new ones to be much more helpful when issues arose on the property. I had to leave because of the rental increase, not because of the managers.
The maint man actually fixes things when he comes in, and I don't have to call back! When I asked the manager to take care of something I had to ask the previous managers ttwenty times to do, they actually took care of it!
If the rent wasn't so much, I would have stayed.
