Can't Move Away Soon Enough!

This is the worst set of apartments I've ever lived in. Management is brain dead; nosy and intrusive. Don't expect calls to be returned if you need something. Don't expect promises to be kept unless they're in writing (and even that isn't reliable without a lawsuit). Complex is incredibly noisy - better hope you don't have to be home sick for a week because you will get ZERO rest. Appliances are old and work poorly; ditto for plumbing. No way I'd go in the parking garage - my neighor has had three breakins since moving here. Parking is at its absolute limit. Security lighting simply doesn't exist. Walls are like paper - good luck if you have rug-rats next door. No a/c, and you're not allowed to use a window unit no matter how hot it gets. For the bucks this dump charges, there's no reason you can't do much better.
