Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
This place isn't worth it. I'm still here now until I buy a place of my own. After I'm gone I'll do a better review, but for now this place has gone downhill and has applied huge increases in its rents. The contruction has been non-stop, noisy and with no regard to the impact to the tenants.
