My family and I moved in 2 1/2 years ago. At that time the management was friendly and helpful...especially the older grounds keeper and Steve, the maintenance man. We had few issues but when there was one it was taken care of right away. Unfortunately, My carport neighbor had 2 cars which they felt entitled them to park in my space, too. When I would notify the manager, the vehicle would be moved immediately. Since the new management has taken over we are lucky if anyone is in the office...regardless of what hours are posted, not to mention trying to get some service! They are rude, condescending and STUPID! The maintenance man that is employed now is an ass... Muttering in spanish as he walks away if he is displeased with what you've asked him. After the big snow and ice storm we had he still has not removed the mess from the sidewalks! He merely put salt on top of it and left all the slush.
