Noisy, Thin Walls, Thin Ceilings, Thin Windows, next to Bus Yard

Well-maintained units, but the walls and ceilings are really thin and you hear all the neighbor's noise. There seem to be a lot of under-25's sharing apartments, too, who like to make noise until late at night. And after you've been kept up late, you'll hear the noise from the neighboring bus yard. There's a beautiful forest behind Arrington Place, so you might not see it, but the Issaquah school dist. bus yard is there. If you didn't see it, you'll hear it about 5 am, when bus engines and alarms are going off. If you pay 250 K for a condo conversion, only to realize you hear the neighbors every foot step, and are awakened at 5 am each morning, you might be a little annoyed.

About staff: The maintenance guy is really sweet and very handy. A gem. The staff in the condo sales office are not pleasant after the contract is signed and the sale completed.
