I moved in a few months ago and had no significant problems.

We got a good price on the rent (under 1k for a 2 bedroom in Issaquah' No way!) and it's in a good location; close to 'downtown' but in a lovely setting.

The Hot Tub hasn't worked since we moved in, our washing machine makes a TON of noise and annoys everyone in the building, the parking places for building C are REALLY far away and the Pet Fee is quite high (non-refundable $400 for cats, $500 for dogs.)

But the pros outweigh the cons. Beautiful place to live, easy access to i90, quiet neighbors for the most part, lots of parking for friends & guests, quickly respond to maintenance requests, clean around dumpsters.

The best thing I've noticed is their willingness to communicate with the tenants. They had a appreciation party for people living here. They keep us informed about how to dispose of things (printer and other electronics, xmas trees, other things that can't be thrown away in our dumpsters.) After the flooding here is Issaquah (which didn't seem to affect any apartments) they were very clear about when the trash was going to be picked up, and what the schedule was.

There are great neighbors (one helped me dig my car out in the snow!) and people say hi and smile. My favorite worker is no longer with the company, and the new one is no where near as nice as she was.

But I give it a thumbs up. :-)
