We moved in here in December of '06.When we first moved in it was ok,folks usually in the office could get stuff done,even though the appliances(expecially the dishwasher and garbage disposal which we asked to have fixed more times than i can remember)were constantly breaking,bathroom tub at least every 2 months having to get unstopped,something wrong with the wiring in the lighting,go through light bulbs like water,even when we first had the phone reconnected the man had to rewire for the phone,it was done wrong(which we had to pay for)plumbing does'nt work properly,at least 3 times a day one of the 2 commodes stopping up etc....After the last sale things became horrible.Nothing gets fixed now.We've lived here for 3 years,we were honestly looking for another place already,was kind of waiting for summer to pass first but they saved us the trouble by giving us a 30 day "get out" notice.Now,according the them,this is not an eviction,just not a renewal of the lease(we had thought about renewing back last winter and have been waiting ever since for an answer,which we got in the " get out" notice 8 months later).I've never seen such a mess in my life and that's the truth.I could go on for pages about this place.So whether renting or thinking of buying,for your own sakes,please reconsider,they are all kind of nice til they get you in.....
