This place seemed very nice from first look. Woodsy,kind of private and clean. Our apartment was very nice on the inside, and thats about where my praise ends. Our lease was up after 6 months and we called to inquire about extending it. The response we got was "we are not re-newing any leases". Basically the feeling and tone I got was telling us that we are not important if we rent, they are trying to sell these places. In a round about way they were telling us to find a new place to live. The then tried to give us a ten day eviction notice for a 40 dollar water bill that was a few days late. Might I add, we never complain, pay our rent on time every month, and are great tennants. The water bill thing didnt get us out, so two days later they gave us the 20 days and then get out notice. The communication from the management here is a joke and they have no respect for tenants unless you want to buy an over priced, poorly run, loud washing machine,filthy garbage area,terrible parking situation apartment, which they call condos. I recomend to keep looking!!!
