Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
there is a reason why rent is lower here. I lived here for about a year and had so much trouble. I do love the area, so I just moved next door to the other property. It's a little more, but you pay for what you get and it's worth it. Lot's of drug activity, the property is falling apart. No pool. Bad jacuzzi.
