Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Neighbors above were very rude, inconsiderate and harassed me and my family. I complained to management 10 times and I was told it is "normal apt. living, deal with it." Condoms are found all over complex. Many teenagers and single males live here now. Used to be family oriented. Problems with speeding cars, parties, trash. Management ignores complaints. Not family oriented. A man was found playing with himself as he watched children play. Obviously they do not perform background checks.
