We lived here for 1 year and over-all it wasn't too bad at all other than the ridiculous LACK OF PARKING!!!! If you get home around 7pm then plan on parking in the very front of the complex or on the street!! It's a joke!!! REad the other reviews, parking is the worst!! Not even one assigned spot unless you want to pay for it! Other than that the management was really nice and went out of thier way to help as quickly as possible. Really nice area with trails everywhere. The commute down the hill sucks. If this area had a fire people would be in trouble!
Also, there are A LOT of younger kids living here between the ages of 18-23.
