I lived at this complex for about a year. The manager Leslie was the worst manager you can think of, she is VERY unprofessional, does not have any people skills, does not know how to do her job. Its makes me wonder how she got this job, the only way i see it happening is she batted her eyes at the owner and used her looks to get the job. Seriously, she says things and never follows through with them, she says things to you just to get you to leave and then NEVER, I mean never, follows through. She lies a lot, she says things then does the opposite, im now wondering if she has ADHD, or some kind of memory loss. she is extremely rude, walks around like she is better then any of us. OH and if she does happen to follow through with anything, it is only because you had to bug her about 10 thousand times in a weeks time and then dont expect it to get done then either, it will take about another week to two to get the job done.
When you talk to her on the phone you can tell, she must be an airhead or a very young girl, meet her in person, shes extremely nice only becuse she wants you to move in and get your money and for you to sign the lease, (it makes her look good to the higher up people) about a week later you will see the true Leslie.
I think she has had a lot of complaints towards her and well deserved, I really think this apt. complex would be run better and be a better place is to get rid of her. I wish the higher up people would analyze her and also wish they could be flies on the wall when she goes to work, just to see how horrible she is, that looks dont do it.
anyway, i can go on and on about how horrible leslie really is, but if you move here youll find out she is horrible.
The only good living here is the asst manager, the school across the street, the neigborhood, the trails, and the families that live here.
this is recommended if leslie is not manager.
