Wow . . . what a change!!!

All I can say is WOW. What an amazing change. The new manager whipped this place into shape in the month's time she has been here. The garbage dosen't over flow anymore, the landscape looks beautiful, the grounds are litter free, SHE SOLVED THE PARKING PROBLEM, she's approchable (and very nice I might add), thing get fixed in my apartment on time, and WOW. I can't say enough about how much this place has changed. I can now say honestly I am proud to call Chaparral my home. Thank you Sarah.
