They promise the world when you move in. Tell you how quiet it is here and what a beautiful place it is to live. They suck you in with the Klahanie "master plan" and tell you it's safe to live here.

They have done nothing yet to make my stay here comfortable and my neighbors are from hell!! But don't tell the office because they don't want to be bothered with the current residents. They are buisy trying to suck in new people to fill the vacant apartments next to me. I herd them tell their newest sucker that they can have as many cars as they please, as long as they move them every 3-days. So...my neighbor the mechanic, can have 10 cars as long as he rotates the places they are parked every third day' Ya that sounds like a great way to resolve a parking problem...

I won't bother you no more. You can plan to fill my spot too.
