I think you have that way wrong! I have NEVER had a problem that I have told management and they haven't resolved. I have had a few noise complaints for them, and they addressed my neighbors with out hesitation. I know for a fact they strickly enfore the rules heavily. I had a car with expired tabs and they made me move it off the property all together. And for nosiey neighbors, IT'S AN APARTMENT!!!!!! I bet you if you talked to Sara about your concerns, she will address them! I'll put it this way. I'm one of the MANY stay at home Mom's in the complex, and we all agree very strongly about one thing: Sara and Janie are the best team this place has seen! EVER!
