First there was a horrible manager, she was HORRIBLE, and the only person you had to go to was the asst manager, and she would usually help out as much as possible, they got rid of the horrible manager, got a new one, young, but knows what she is doing, very warm, she makes you feel like you can get things done, always smiles, very welcoming.
NOW.... the asst that use to be a good asst, is now a clone of the old horrible manager, I really think she is leslie in disguise, back for revenge.
I read where someone put that janie was usless, then someone came back and said what janie, its leslie! well they need to see where janie is at now.
I hope its not because she feels like leslie is gone, and now she has all the power and I hope that the new manager is not giving her much.
I think she is the one that got rid of leslie, for her own satisfaction. she is trying to take over.
My advise to the new manager, LOOK OUT if she dont like you she will talk to the other residents about you and try to get them to call and email your boss to get rid of you, look out she will do it. she did it with leslie she will do it to you, especially if you get on her bad side.
or..... she is already doing it, you will never know unless you have that one resident that will gossip it to you. I have already heard some things she has said, but I will let you find out what your asst is all about.
overall- (this is weird to say) go to sara if you need anyhting!!!! she is a great manager, and really i enjoyed living here for the time i did, it was short, but good.
great for walking, biking and families.
safe, friendly, happy, and especially warm.
(just stay clear of the asst manager)-
