Perhaps going Condo will make up for all of the problems I normally would be reporting. The biggest problem is this conversion coming up and their apparent smoke and mirrors routine in doing so.
The notice letter made no mention whatsoever of the changes, and "sold" the landscaping and exterior work as a way of making it better.
The new office manager is combative and shifty in comments, very happy to say she has no information and "no decision has been made" though building A is being coverted into two "demo" units.
Basically' If you are looking for a new place, don't even consider Chapparel. If you are looking to get out.. now is the time.
