lousy deal

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
tenants have been "hammered" by new management who only care about getting rid of tenants so they can finish condo conversion without having to deal with tenants's issues. POOR service, rotten attitutde, no service and NOISE, NOISE and NOISE. Several breakins have occurred and tenants are getting frustrated. parking was poor, now it is bad and spots are taken over by construction materials.
