Don't live here!

Ok, I've lived here for about 3 years. The management started out "ok," went quickly to "crap," then got better than ever with Joyce on the management team. Problems got solved quickly, she "weeded" out the bad residents, and turned this place into a very family oriented community. There were garage sales, community parties, you name it. They went above and beyond to make me and my family feel like we belonged here. Now.
Why am I leaving' Some "higher up" person on the Chopaka scale decided that Joyce was doing too much to make this place special. Evidently property owners don't like preventive maintenance. Joyce and her assistant were summarily fired, and replaced.
The flowers that Joyce and the residents maintained in the cabana were tossed into the garbage, the fish pond that the children helped take care of has turned green and mostly drained of water, and there is of course garbage and dog crap everywhere again.
I can't wait til my lease is up. This place is over-priced and NOT friendly to residents anymore. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst nightmare.
