I would not recommend this place! For one thing, the dumpsters are always overflowing into the parking lot - at times it gets so bad that we've had to store our garbage on our deck until the dumpsters get emptied. You get one assigned (covered) spot at no additional charge - great if you live alone & have only one car. Otherwise, good luck finding anywhere to park after 4pm & on weekends. Management is unresponsive to complaints & maintenance issues. It took them over one week to replace the burned out heating element in my clothes dryer. Neighbors are constantly noisy. Management does not return phone calls in a timely manner.
We also have a lot of problems with people double parking & guests parking in residents' reserved spots & fire lanes. A lot of very noisy & unsupervised kids playing in the parking lot. It's also a royal pain to get out of the complex due to the high amount of traffic on Newport Way. It can take upwards of 5 minutes to turn onto the street - and if you need to leave between 3 - 7 pm it's almost impossible to get turned onto the street. My recommendation: think twice before moving here.
