Quiet, good location.

I have lived at Chopaka for 2 years now. Yah so the place isn't brand spanking new, it is well maintained and rather charming. Until our home currently being built is complete we will stay. Our favorite part is how the decks look out to the woods, we love to bbq and feed "rocky the squirrel". Our dog loves us to walk him up on the trails every morning.
It is quiet, convenient and both the previous and the new Manager have been very down to earth towards my wife and I so far. The residents we have come across are very decent people. I go to work and come home, and am perfectly content with that. A lot of the "apartment bashers" are probably upset simply because they were probably given a complaint and need a hobby.
I have referred a few employees who also like Chopaka. Of course apartment living is not desirable to everyone but Chopaka does have the right location and convenience. I have lived in other apartments where the walls are "paper" thin. It is much better than that here.
This place surely does not need the miserable, ignorant, whiny complainer type. If you are reading this and are one of those types of people, why don't you be happy your not in a third world country and take the time to appreciate life's more important things. (aren't you usually the type to run people off of the road too')
Sincerely,
Current Resident
