This is a great place to live. Angie the current manager has made Chopaka a great place to live. The grounds are very nice and this is a super place to raise kids if your forced to live in an apartment. The amenities are convenient and always kept nice. The previous manager Joyce was a complete two faced lying ----- and always had an excuse to why things weren't working. Joyces maintence man Pedro was as worthless as she was. But by the grace of GOD they finally have a team who cares about this property. Scott the maitenance guy is very friendly and seems to genuinly care about the property.

The only thing bad that I can say about this property is that the owner doesn't obviously care about his investment but the people he has hired do!
