Angie and Scott, you have done such a wonderful job taking care of this place, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for it! I've lived at Chopaka for three years and can honestly proclaim that the property and us tenants have never been so well cared for as we have been on your watch.

Thank you for making the hot tub work!!!! It NEVER worked before you came, EVER, for like two years, but it has ALWAYS worked since. That is AWESOME!! :0) I thought I was gonna postal but you came in, fixed it right away, and have kept it running.

Thank you for Tenant Appreciation Day! Fresh donuts and coffee was a great way to start my day! Also thank you for the tenant appreciation bbq last summer- FUN! And sweet!
