I just want to point out to anyone looking at renting from chopaka, this is the post for you... 1st I have to say that the appartments are not the best for the price you pay ( 2 bed 1 bath, $1100). It has been a some what dirty place with garbage on the green spaces in the parking lots and dead cars. The appartment complex has no money to fix problems that arise. A.K.A. All outside lighting goes out on one half of complex does not get fixed for days. Then the other side does the same thing with the lights for 3 nights also. One nice thing about this complex is that it has covered spaces but that is one of the Only redeeming things. The managment SUCKS. The maintence Is Lousy at best. It took 7 1/2 months (A work order ever 2 weeks)to get a single problem fixed. I was told orignaly that it would take a week to get done. I am moving out shortly and I will Never looking back. Look at posts going back about or before 3/19/2003 this will give you a better idea about this complex. The good reviews make me think are they talking of a different place or what. Maybe the management put them in' Don't know. Don't care anymore. I am glad I will be moving out next week.
