When we moved into this community 3 years ago we were very happy with our choice of new home to raise our children. This "Village in the City" is Hell on Earth! Do yourself and your family a HUGE favor and stay away!
The complex is not family friendly, although they will tell you they are... They have tennis courts, however they haven't been maintained in the 3 years we've been here... There is a small playground for the children, however it is unkept, overrun with weeds and dog feeces.
Neighbors constantly complain about children behaving as children. In the past 6 months new management has allowed all forms of undesirable tenents move in by lower rents to under market rate for Issaquah. Now we have convicted criminals, drug dealers, and non-existent parents living here with their unbehaved children. Management doesn't live on property and presumes to reprimand parents who actually do keep track of their brood.
This complex isn't worth your hard earned dollar, or all the stress you'll feel by putting up with the nasty red-head in the office!
