I 've lived here for two years.... it had its moments at the begining where it seemed okay... then there was reality...when the garbage didnt seem to make it to the garbage, whne owners carried cat litter out , had a mishap with the bag, and left the evidence all over the sidewalk making a trail to the garbage, where heaven forbid you actually throw it, but place it oh so lovingly next to it with the garbage gate swung open. Yes it's nice to teach your kid responsibilities, but lets make sure we teach them the right way, when taking out the garbage we put it in the dumpster....not on the side... and maybe a lesson for adults, moldy oranges, jars of pickle relish, and cottage cheese down't belong scattered about in the parking lot next to the dumpster. they belong in a garbage bag then placed in the dumpster. I dont understand the difficulty.

Should I even start on the children' wwhere are their parents' I came home from work one day to find two children kissing and making out under the stairs in my building. possibly 11 or so....they don't even live in that building. most of the kids run a muck, with bats or any objecct they can find.... after having surgery, I went home to lay on my bed to recover, to only hear thumping on my wall all day long... why' because the kids were playing baseball in the parking lot with their metal bat and rocs... my cars have bumps all over them and scratches and dings.... after telling the kids to please move their playing to the designated playing areas they replied by writing numerous unappropriate words all over our cars. I've caught kids peeping through my window when the blinds are just slightly open.... they seem to hang out around the bottom floor of everyones apartments, so definately dont live on the bottom floor. the cops have also been called numerous times to try to catch drug dealing and such. one tenant revs hiss car for a good half hour before actually going anywhere.... upstairs neighbors feel that it is okay to be loud all night into the early morning as long as they are quiet in the day....Ive had many sleepless night s due to music being played at about 1am on.... and dancing... which by the way...yo will hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes.
one night a man ...completely drunk, who by the way is a tenant, drove drunk and parked...not in his apartment area but a few complexes down, and continued to play his music loudly .... at about midnight or so. the police were called and he refused to admit he was drunk.... making a big scene and yelling I wouldnt be surprised if the whole apartments heard the noise... just another night in chopaka.
