Why is it that the people who only have complaints write something on this website. It is becuase these people have nothing else better to do with themselves than to complain. And yes the manager is going to be hard on those that don't follow the rules. Yes every community has it's problems and yes management has changed alot, some good and some bad. You can't choose your neighbors. But everytime I ask for something, it is taken care of right away. Even if I have had complaints they are taken care of in a short ttime. There has been some issues with the children but it seems to be a lot quieter now that they have moved out recently. No more vanalizm of the property, no more ball playing in the road, and very little bike riding on sidewalks. Trash is no longer a problem either. This is apartment living and yes there will be pets and children.
The landscaping and grounds maintenance has even started looking better. I have talked with the manager and the maintenace guy and they are both very nice, proffesional and attentive to my needs.
If you need an apartment this is the place to be it is a great location and no matter what your needs are they will be taken care of as soon as possible.

Be sure to check out others in the area to compare. I found that Chopaka is in the best location.
I chose to live here and I still like it.
