I've been here for three years...and in the last two alone we've been through six management changes.

kids will be kids but these kids are brats. running all over the pace swearing ... our cabana was closed down because they were caught on a few occasions in their vandalizing everything and making out... ( we're talking ten year olds and younger here) I've seen it for myself... a lot of these kids have gone to the local grocery store and steal from there regularly.... the cops are here at least what seems like once a week. they spend money on a fountain for the pool but not clean up the playground so the kids dont have to play in the parknig lot, and ruin the near by cars. they dug up the hot tub to put a new one in and have left it an eye soar for months now... that thing has been broken for at least a year... here is one of many news blurps of these apartments I promise you you do not want to live here... this stuff happens all the time herE!!!!
An Issaquah man pleaded not guilty Thursday to four separate charges accusing him of assaulting his wife and 6-year-old stepson, and of getting his stepson drunk with beer and shots of 151-proof rum.

Prosecutors say Jason N. Roberts, 25, got into an argument with his wife at the Chopaka Apartments the evening of March 3, when she came home to find her 6-year-old visibly drunk.

Roberts allegedly hit her in the face, trashed their apartment and hit his stepson, too.

When police responded to a 911 call, they found blood and abrasions on the woman. And they found the boy crying on his bed, with signs that he too had been hit, prosecutors said.

When Roberts resisted arrest, charging papers state, an officer used a Taser to subdue him, but it had no apparent effect. Two officers managed to cuff Roberts after an extended struggle. They soon determined he was drunk.

The woman and her son were taken to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah to be examined.

A test of the boy's blood later revealed a 0.14 percent blood-alcohol content. A level of 0.08 percent is considered legally drunk for adults.

The boy told police his stepfather served him at least two shots of Bacardi 151 and a glass of beer.

Roberts is charged with felony harassment-domestic violence, second-degree malicious mischief-domestic violence, fourth-degree assault, and reckless endangerment-domestic violence. All but one of the charges are felonies. Fourth-degree assault is a gross misdemeanor.

Roberts is being held in the King County Jail on $150,000 bail. His next court hearing is set for March 29.

K now what does that have to do with the apartment complex? People get crazy and I'm sure you'll find stuff like this at other apartment complexes.
