It is a good place to live.

I think Chopaka is a great place to live. It is for families and single people who have some type of life. If you want no pets, no kids, and no one who has a life this is not the place to live. It is located in a wonderful area and it is kept up. I have noticed that there is a handful of very un-happy miserable people who do make it tough. This is not a place for you if you want 100% quiet. If that is what you are looking for you need to look in a retirement, convalescent, or adult living apartment. I am actually a family member with the staff that works at Chopaka. They fix things as they are priorites. Electrical ,plumbing or leaks are first and foremost. There is no better mgmt.team. I have moved here from Texas and I have met some really nice people who live at Chopaka. Then there are those few who are so negative and so ill that they can?t even leave their own apartment because they have complained and made so many people un-happy that they have become paranoid. I want this to be a positive place for my children to grow up while we are here and the few that are so un-happy just leave so new nice people can come and enjoy watching thier kids grow and let everyone live life. I noticed that the ones who had so much to say about the maintenance man could not even tell who they are. I do not think he picks favorites. He does his job as he is told with what the office gives him. It must be done in order. The mgmt.team must go by their guidelines also.I know all this because I work for a leasing company myself. I am just shocked at what these paranoid people have to say. If you want politics and debates then become a lobiest. The issue of the kids. Yes, they do play in the parking lot of the back of the property in the circle. ALL the kids do. Sometimes things do get out of hand but this all normall stuff with normal children. Most of the children are supervised and gotten onto when things go sour. This is a normal deal. It shocks me on the negative things that was written about Chopaka because it is really nice here and these few people are ruining it. Just leave. If you have more things to say don?t say it here and ruin it for good families that would come here. Just let the people and staff know. Compared to where I have lived this is so great and I know if others knew this negative stuff was written they would write about all the great things of Chopaka. As for pets. Well I happen to think two and three dogs in an apartment is too many, but this is why we live in America. To each their own. Yes, the dog leftovers are yuck. That is each owners problem. The cats that run all around should be kept in more and I know this because they are mine. Most people are not intimidated by two little female cats. I know this is something that I need to fix. I am working on it, but it is no reason to add negative things about Chopaka. So move and let us normal proud Americans live life. Move to a communist Country. Make Chopaka the best it can be. This is a great place and best for families. They need to read don't sweat the small stuff. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
