HAVING MOVED FROM CHOPAKA A FEW MONTHS AGO
I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW NICE IT IS TO FIND A
PLACE THAT PEOPLE CARE ABOUT. CHOPAKA
IS FULL OF MOLD AND MILDEW. THE OUTSIDE OF
THE BUILDINGS ARE A DISGRACE. THEY HAVE
ALREADY BEEN THROUGH 2 MAINTENANCE PEOPLE
BECAUSE THE MANAGER THINKS SHE KNOW THEIR
JOB. SHE HAS GONE OUT AN RUINED THE LAND-
SCAPING THING SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.
GOING BACK TO VISIT A FRIEND ON SUPER BOWL
SUNDAY WE FOUND SHE MADE THE BATHROOMS USELESS. BIGGEST PROBLEM OWNER AND MANAGEMENT DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. BAD PLACE!!

I have lived at Chopaka Apartments for a few years now and I see most of what is going on in the office because my apartment is across from the office. When I had seen JOYCE BOYD put a piece of paper on the mailboxes, I was very curious. I checked my mail and saw what she had put on the mailbox. She left a letter saying in big letters to go to this website, www.apartment.com. I knew she was up to something. I decided to check the website and find out what she wrote in there and it made me very angry. JOYCE BOYD used to work at the office a while back and when she told me that she is applying to work there again, it made me nervous. When JOYCE worked at the office all we heard were many complaints about the owner and how he does not give them enough money to fix the property. They were always complaining about something or someone. It is very refreshing to see that the manager cares for these apartments and the residents.
