amazing how ppl can trash someone, just cuz they coudln't do a better job themselves...how can ppl have so much anger at someone, who's doing their best to make this place so great to live in' i don't get it...there's just a few residents who cry about it and it's always not good enough for them...most of the ppl don't live in their apt 24/7...ppl have jobs and they just come home to spend a night..then their gone for the rest of the day...apartments are not a place to live and enjoy and do nothing but trash others...it's a temporary place...that's why there's so many move-ins and move-outs..because it's apartments!!! how is it so hard to understand' all kinds of ppl live in apartments..shouldn't be surprising that there's always good and bad ppl coming...if u'r moving out and can't wait to move..why u trash this place' all apartments are the same..if ur moving out..do it..why u make it so hard on other people' ppl are still going to move in and move out..no matter what u say and do...so nobody really cares what u say about apartments here or the management...it's not their fault they can't make this a better place for you...because ur not offering no help...not even a thank you for keeping u here, even though ur so annoying and can't stop whining about the spa, parties, how the place looks, and etc...and bunch of other crap...please, just move out..noone is asking u to stay here...and ur not a good resident than if u start trashing ppl around u..u might have a smily face and be nice..but inside, ur jsut ugly.. Wow!! you sound just like Tina. She wrote to a resident telling her to stop calling Chopaka and her apartment her home, that, this is not her home and that she is only allowed the privilege of renting here. Well, let me tell you something. People make there tiny, old, moldy apartments their Homes!! They share them with family and friends. Hell that's how Tina is advertising this dump "Chopaka, a place to call home" Too bad she does not really feel that way! But, by the time you move in here and find that out, it's too late and you have to stay until your lease is up. You don't seem to understand that lot's of move in's and move out's indicates problems with the property and more often the management. A property managements job for the owner is to fill up the units, and keep them full. That is accomplished by Keeping the amenities (pool, spa, cabana, sports courts, and trails) in clean, working order so that the residents can enjoy using them. We can all agree that Tina has not done this and dose not even see the need to do this. After all, we are lucky to rent here at all. I pay good money to live here and expect to get what I pay for. If you think that is wrong, you must not mind paying high gas prices and you probably voted for Bush. You Dumd A**!!!!

no lease is binding if conditions change and even dthen if you prove neglegence you can walk away because its not what you bought when you signed the lease which is still useless because the minute they rent it after you leave the lease is void! Find out who owns these units. He or they might not be happy about the problems causing bad reviews.
