We lived at Chopaka 2 years ago. The things I was unhappy about was that the place was an icebox and after paying over $100 a month for heat I was still freezing, and even using the fireplace for extra heat did no good and the fact that the hot tub was out of order for a good year with no repair in sight. And good luck getting anything fixed. Our dishwasher was broken, with dishes inside, for 3 days before they finally fixed it, and only because I was VERY persistent. Sounds like it's gone decidedly downhill since. Now we live in Brighton Ridge in Renton, which has gotten just as many bad reviews. We like it here though.

If you lived here two years ago....how do you what is going on in here right now??? Just by reading these reviews doesn't tell you anything....if the place is good or bad.....
