It's not that bad

I've lived in the Chopaka Apartments for the last year and will be renewing my lease there for another year. I have found it to be a decent place to live. Rent is affordable compared to other apartments in the area. I have found management to be unavailable most of the time, but I eventually do get a hold of them. My dishwasher has broken twice and we did have a leak in our hot water tank, but maintenance did get them fixed within 48 hours.
