Don't think that I am one backed by Managers. I live in #B204. Anybody can come and cross-check with me about the comments below here.
I lived in different apartments and in different cities but I dint these type of good managers.They are co-operative and really making our living a pleasure here.
They are patient enough to listen to solve our problems. Even though the apartments are having some problems Tina and Peter are prompt enough and solve the issues for us.
I best thing is they dont scare you by telling rules etc.
If every thing goes good I will extend my contract here.

yeah, Tina dosent tell you the rules because she's busy makeing them up as she goes. She will tell one thing to one tenant, and not to another. She is never in the office, and dosen't enforce any of the pool rules. She is makeing living here hell!!!
