The manager is too busy trying to polish a terd, to do her job. Because someone flooded the cabana, she has closed the T.V. room to tenants to have someone move in there "to watch" it. Here's an idea, lock the front and pool doors at 10pm when the cabana and pool are supposed tho close. That way I could bring my 6 year old with me to work out again, (he used to watch t.v. in that room while I worked out) Would be so nice not to wake up in the middle of the night by people in the hot tub humm.....they coulden't get in because the door would be locked, WOW!! WOULDEN"T THAT BE NICE!! Also sick to death of how Tina Picks and chooses who has to follow her new rules and who dosen't. Some of us were told to clean everything out but a mat in front of our doors. Take a look at apartment B201 (right in front of the office) have they been charged 15$ a bag on May 1st' There are others, but thought this was best example because right in front of Tina's nose. I'm sure the managrment company loves her, what other moron would they find who will work for free and spend her own money on improvements to the cabana and property' Good luck!!! I can't wait to get out of here!!!

Who are you to tell people what to do and judge them like that? I don't think that you will manage this property better, IF you had a chance.
