My was lease was up and I was looking for a place to live. When I read these reviews, it peaked my interest. So I checked it out and I personally had the best service at Chopaka. Tina, the manager was outside pressure washing and saw me coming in. She did not make me come back, but invited me into the office showed me an apt. & the clubhouse. I fell in love with the place and moved in. I like the fact that the manger that is so hands on. I also met some of my neighbors that have been here awhile. They have nothing but positive things to say about Chopaka and mangement. They really enjoy living here. The story I got from residents was that Tina changed this place around and before her it was really run down.

It's so funny that whenever there is something bad written about the manager, almost the next day there is something wonderful written about the manager. I wonder who would do that!

Yea I wonder? Tina has sure changed this place, it used to be a fun, friendly place to live, with community events like the garage sale, super bowl parties in the t.v. room,(what t.v.room?) and community holiday parties at the pool and cabana. Since she's taken over as the new manager, Tina won't allow any thing like that on her property, and has the nerve to blame Glacier management company for not allowing such community events. Nothing could be further from the truth, Glacier's position is that, "it's up to each property manager as to what community events they allow." Tina is now forcing the people who tried to organize these popular, fun, friendly, community events to move out. After all, HOW DARE THEY TRY TO CHALLENGE HER!!! Dear, Sweet Tina, people like you always get theirs in the end!
