we have been renting for the past 2 1/2 years, shortly before current management took over. since then we have seen steady improvement in the appearence and condition of the property. i have been surprised and bothered by a couple of the residents who have been unjustifiably critical and use this site to vent. yes, tina (the manager) is often absent from the office, usually to be found doing a number of chores on the property, pressure washing, planting flowers, picking up garbage or helping maintenence. i have left messages and they are returned promptly. yes, the spa has been an issue, often not in use. i understand that thousands of dollars have been spent in remodel and repair. yes, tina has put an end to some of the events that were described as fun community times. thankfully no more trashy garage sales, no more loud and messy partying at the pool or cabana, no more playing in the parking lots, since improvements were made to the plays areas. the manager is a control freak' under her contol this property has continued to be a better place to live. we are ready to sign our 3rd renewal.
