I have lived here at Chopaka for about a year now; in fact I am going to be renewing my lease. I didn't know the previous manager that I have read about in some of the reviews but from my neighbors that have lived here a long time say that things have improved here at Chopaka over the last two years.

All of the staff here are courteous and genuine. Maintenace is always working hard around the grounds. During the winter maintenance was very diligently shoveling snow and clearing pathways. I was most recently impressed when the manager angelina offered to deliver a package to my apartment because i had to work late. I was telling my neighber who then informed me that while another neighbor was in the hospital that the maintenance guy took care of her cat. I can not say enough kind words about the staff here. Everything in the reviews that I have read is history and I am a current resident looking forward to another great year.

My apartment has lots of storage space and very spacious; 1300 square feet which is actually bigger than the home I sold before I moved here. I have had to make a little adjustment transitioning from a home to an apartment however I am very happy to have chosen to live at Chopaka.
