I'm a single mom and live up on the upper property. It's nice and quiet. Just got new roofs and looks like they will be painting also. Parking is sometimes a little crowded, but with a carport it works just perfect for me. It's a pretty neat place and with the updates and construction it will get much better.

It's pretty obvious that about half these reviews (including this one) have been posted by the manager; the English grammar mistakes are obvious, and are the same in all the posts. The phrasing is likewise similar in many of them; they lack complex grammatical structure. In short, don't be taken in.
